Refunds
In order to ensure a successful delivery of our parcels, we make sure that we package our products securely to avoid any potential damages that may happen during shipping. In the case that you have received an incorrect or defective item, please contact us immediately. Do note that products that are damaged due to buyers’ negligence will not be accepted for refunds. Please also note that we do not offer refunds for products due to personal dislike.
Refund requests will be reviewed on a case by case basis and will require approval from LYLA BEAUTY LOUNGE. For a refund request, please contact us at hello@lylabeautylounge.com .
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@lylabeautylounge.com.
