Shipping policy

Shipping Coverage
We currently only ship orders within Malaysia. We do not offer international shipping at this time, however please do check back in the future for updates on our shipping destinations.

Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping options:

Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
West Malaysia: Flat rate RM8
East Malaysia: Flat rate RM20

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and the carrier's availability.

Order Processing Time
All orders for standard shipping are processed within 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped out.

Shipping Delays
While we strive to meet our delivery estimates, unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather, natural disasters, or other uncontrollable events may cause shipping delays. We will notify you as soon as possible if there are significant delays with your order.
